Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced professional to handle Jr. billing, estimation, and tendering activities for industrial projects. The role involves cost estimation, BOQ preparation, client billing, site visits and participation in tender processes to support project acquisition and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Billing:
• Prepare and verify RA bills, final bills, and client invoices
• Track project billing cycles and ensure timely submissions
• Coordinate with site and accounts teams for measurement and certification
• Maintain billing records and resolve discrepancies
Estimation:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for industrial projects
• Develop BOQ (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings and specifications
• Conduct rate analysis for materials, labor, and equipment
• Support budgeting and cost planning activities
Tendering:
• Identify and evaluate tender opportunities
• Prepare and submit tender documents, technical and commercial bids
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations and cost inputs
• Analyze tender requirements and ensure compliance
• Participate in bid negotiations and clarifications

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Additional certification in estimation or contracts (preferred)

Experience Required:
• 2-3 years of experience in billing, estimation, and tendering
• Experience in industrial / EPC / turnkey projects
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and BOQs
