Job description
We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer to manage quantity measurements, contractor billing, BOQ preparation, and cost monitoring for high-rise residential building projects using Mivan (Aluminium Formwork) technology.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Prepare and verify contractor RA (Running Account) bills and final bills.
* Perform quantity take-offs and measurements for RCC, Mivan shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, and finishing works.
* Prepare BOQs, rate analysis, and material reconciliation statements.
* Verify site measurements against approved drawings and executed quantities.
* Monitor project costs, variations, and additional work claims.
* Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, contractors, and accounts teams.
* Maintain billing records, measurement books (MB), and documentation.
* Assist in project budgeting, cost control, and quantity reconciliation.
* Verify subcontractor bills and ensure timely billing submissions.
**Requirements:**
* **Qualification:** B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
* **Experience:** 3–6 years in building construction billing and quantity surveying.
* Experience in high-rise residential projects and Mivan construction preferred.
* Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, BOQ preparation, and quantity estimation.
* Experience in RA billing, rate analysis, and contractor bill verification.
* Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and measurement standards.
* Strong analytical and coordination skills.
