Job description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of high-rise residential building projects using Mivan (Aluminium Formwork) technology.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage complete project execution from foundation to finishing and handover.
* Plan and monitor Mivan shuttering cycles, concrete works, and floor-wise construction targets.
* Ensure timely project completion within approved budgets and quality standards.
* Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
* Manage manpower, materials, machinery, and resource allocation.
* Monitor daily progress, project schedules, billing, and cost control.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and approved drawings.
* Resolve technical and site execution challenges efficiently.
**Requirements:**
* B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
* 15–18 years of experience in building construction.
* Strong hands-on experience in Mivan technology and high-rise residential projects.
* Proven experience independently managing high-rise construction projects.
* Strong leadership, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
