Job description
We are looking for an experienced Store Executive to manage construction materials, inventory, and store operations at high-rise residential building projects using Mivan (Aluminium Formwork) technology.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage daily receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of construction materials.
* Maintain accurate inventory records, stock registers, and material documentation.
* Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), material issue slips, and stock reconciliation.
* Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement teams for timely material availability.
* Maintain records of cement, steel, Mivan accessories, scaffolding materials, tools, and consumables.
* Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery challans, and specifications.
* Conduct periodic physical stock verification and prevent material shortages, wastage, and pilferage.
* Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, vendors, and accounts teams.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and material consumption reports.
* Ensure proper material storage, housekeeping, and safety standards.
**Requirements:**
* **Qualification:** Any Degree / Diploma.
* **Experience:** 3–8 years in construction site store management.
* Experience in high-rise residential building projects preferred.
* Strong knowledge of construction materials, inventory control, and store procedures.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, inventory management software, and ERP systems.
* Experience in GRN preparation, stock reconciliation, and material documentation.
* Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
