Job description
We are looking for a Safety Executive to implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices at high-rise residential construction sites using Mivan (Aluminium Formwork) technology.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Monitor daily site activities and ensure compliance with construction safety standards.
* Conduct regular safety inspections, toolbox talks, and safety awareness training.
* Ensure safe execution of Mivan shuttering, scaffolding, lifting operations, and work-at-height activities.
* Monitor proper usage of PPE, safety harnesses, lifelines, and fall protection systems.
* Identify potential hazards, conduct risk assessments, and implement preventive measures.
* Ensure compliance with permit-to-work procedures and applicable safety regulations.
* Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and recommend corrective actions.
* Maintain safety records, inspection reports, and statutory documentation.
* Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to maintain a safe working environment.
* Monitor housekeeping, fire safety, emergency preparedness, and material handling practices.
**Requirements:**
* **Qualification:** Diploma / Degree with a recognized qualification in Industrial Safety (ADIS / PDIS or equivalent).
* **Experience:** 3–6 years in construction site safety management.
* Experience in high-rise residential projects and Mivan construction preferred.
* Strong knowledge of working-at-height safety, scaffolding, lifting operations, and construction site hazards.
* Familiarity with applicable safety regulations and HSE documentation.
* Good communication, reporting, and site coordination skills.
