Job description
We are looking for a Site Engineer with hands-on experience in high-rise residential building construction, preferably using Mivan (Aluminium Formwork) technology, to manage daily site execution and ensure quality and timely completion of construction activities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Supervise daily construction activities, including RCC, Mivan shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing works.
* Execute construction activities as per approved structural drawings and specifications.
* Monitor Mivan shuttering cycles and ensure floor-wise execution targets are achieved.
* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, and site teams.
* Ensure proper manpower, material, and equipment utilization.
* Monitor work progress, maintain daily progress reports, and update site records.
* Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with construction safety standards.
* Coordinate with QA/QC engineers and project managers to resolve site execution issues.
* Verify site measurements and assist with contractor billing.
**Requirements:**
* **Qualification:** B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
* **Experience:** 4–6 years in residential building construction.
* Hands-on experience in Mivan formwork and high-rise RCC construction preferred.
* Ability to read structural drawings and independently supervise site activities.
* Good knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and site safety.
* Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
