Job description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead high-rise residential building projects involving Mivan (Aluminium Formwork) construction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage end-to-end execution of high-rise building projects.
* Oversee Mivan shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and structural works.
* Ensure project completion within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Plan and monitor construction schedules, manpower, materials, and resources.
* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
* Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
* Monitor daily progress, resolve site issues, and report to management.
**Requirements:**
* B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
* Proven experience managing high-rise residential projects using Mivan technology.
* Strong knowledge of RCC structures, Mivan formwork cycles, planning, and site execution.
* Excellent leadership, coordination, and project management skills.
