Job description
Project Type: Mivan Aluminium Formwork – High-Rise Residential Buildings Department: Quantity Surveying / Billing & Contracts Experience: 5–10 Years (Preferably Experience in Mivan high-rise projects) Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering
### Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates and budgets for high-rise residential projects.
- Handle client billing, subcontractor billing, RA bills and final bill settlements.
- Calculate and reconcile concrete, reinforcement steel, aluminium formwork and finishing quantities.
- Monitor project costs, material consumption, wastage and budget deviations.
- Prepare rate analysis for additional items, variations and non-BOQ works.
- Manage subcontractor work orders, quantity reconciliation and payment certifications.
- Coordinate with execution, planning, procurement and contracts teams.
- Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts and project billing statements.
- Review drawings, identify quantity variations and maintain measurement records.
- Ensure accurate billing as per approved drawings, contractual terms and IS 1200 measurement standards.
### Required Skills
- Strong experience in Mivan aluminium formwork and high-rise RCC construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel and quantity estimation software.
- Knowledge of construction contracts, BOQs, rate analysis and cost control.
- Strong understanding of Mivan floor cycles, structural quantities and material reconciliation.
- Experience in subcontractor management and commercial documentation.
Preferred Candidate: Someone who has independently handled QS, billing and cost control for G+20 or taller residential projects using Mivan technology.
