Job description
We are looking for a Safety Supervisor to oversee daily construction site activities, identify potential hazards, and ensure compliance with established safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily site operations to ensure safe working conditions.
Conduct toolbox meetings and daily safety briefings.
Inspect scaffolding, ladders, lifting equipment, and work-at-height activities.
Ensure workers use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Identify unsafe conditions and report violations to the Safety Officer.
Maintain daily safety inspection records and observation reports.
Assist in emergency preparedness, incident reporting, and safety audits.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree with a relevant Safety qualification.
2–4 years of construction site safety experience.
Familiarity with construction hazards, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
Good communication and site supervision skills.
