Job description
We are looking for a Junior Civil Engineer to assist in the execution, supervision, and monitoring of construction activities while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities, including RCC, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
Execute construction work according to approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor labour productivity, material usage, and work progress.
Coordinate with senior engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
Maintain daily progress reports, measurements, and site records.
Conduct basic quality checks and ensure compliance with site safety procedures.
Assist in material planning and work scheduling.
Requirements:
B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
2–5 years of relevant construction experience.
Ability to interpret civil and structural drawings.
Knowledge of site execution, measurements, and construction materials.
