Job description
We are looking for an experienced Store In-Charge to manage construction site inventory, material receipts, storage, issuance, and stock control while ensuring uninterrupted material availability for project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall construction site store operations and inventory.
Supervise material inward, outward, storage, and issuance processes.
Maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), Material Issue Notes, and stock registers.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate material requirements with procurement teams.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
Ensure proper storage and handling of cement, steel, construction chemicals, tools, and equipment.
Coordinate with suppliers, site engineers, and purchase departments.
Prepare inventory reports and monitor material wastage and discrepancies.
Supervise storekeepers and other store personnel.
Requirements:
Any Graduation/Diploma.
5–10 years of experience in construction site stores.
Strong knowledge of construction materials and inventory management.
