Job description
We are hiring a Store Keeper to handle daily construction site material receipts, issuance, stock maintenance, and inventory documentation under the supervision of the Store In-Charge.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and record incoming construction materials.
Issue materials to site teams based on authorized requisitions.
Maintain daily inward and outward material registers.
Assist in preparing GRNs, stock reports, and material issue records.
Ensure materials are stored safely and systematically.
Support periodic physical stock verification.
Report shortages, damages, and discrepancies to the Store In-Charge.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the storage area.
Requirements:
12th Pass/Diploma/Graduation preferred.
1–3 years of experience in construction site stores.
Basic knowledge of cement, steel, fittings, tools, and other construction materials.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
Good record-keeping and organizational abilities.
