Job description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage metro rail construction projects, ensuring timely execution, quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Plan, execute, and monitor metro rail construction activities, including elevated corridors, viaducts, stations, and associated civil works.
* Manage project schedules, budgets, manpower, machinery, and resources.
* Oversee piling, pile caps, piers, pier caps, precast segments, launching girders, and structural works.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, government authorities, and project stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
* Monitor project progress, resolve site challenges, and ensure timely achievement of milestones.
* Manage subcontractors, billing, procurement, resource allocation, and cost control.
* Lead site teams and ensure smooth project execution.
**Requirements:**
* **Qualification:** B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
* **Experience:** 15+ years in infrastructure construction, including significant experience in metro rail projects.
* Strong knowledge of metro viaducts, elevated stations, precast construction, and bridge engineering.
* Proficiency in project planning, execution, contract management, and stakeholder coordination.
* Experience with Primavera P6/MS Project preferred.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
