Job description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all civil construction activities at the project site.
- Execute structural works, including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and masonry.
- Supervise finishing works, including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, doors, windows, and plumbing.
- Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Review construction drawings and resolve technical issues at the site.
- Monitor daily progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.
- Manage manpower, materials, machinery, and subcontractor activities.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure proper execution of civil and finishing works.
- Prepare daily progress reports, material requirements, and work schedules.
- Coordinate with consultants and project stakeholders.
- Ensure efficient material utilization and minimize wastage.
- Maintain site records, measurements, and quality documentation.
